T i g h t A r s e T u e s d a y - B e y o n d A m p l i f y i n g M a s c a r a R e v i e w

am forever on the lookout for a new tubular mascara, as the suckers can be as hard to come by as a ripe avocado. So needless to say, when i stumbled across this little gem by Designer Brands on my way to work about a year ago, I was thrilled to bits.
The price in itself is amazing (a thrilling 12 bones!) but more importantly, it does its job. It does it well.

My love affair with tubular mascara started about 5 years ago with a little Model Co number and is still going strong. The reason I am such a fan is due to the fact that it generally doesn't clump, it gives the lashes a shiny finish (so more natural of a look) and most importantly - It stays on the eyes I ban myself from eyeliner/mascara at work because I'm constantly wiping my eyes/face throughout the day without realising, all the while making myself look like I have had a run in with someones fist on my lunch break. With this little beauty, you don't have to worry about that- It wont budge. you can wipe, swim, cry, laugh, shower..do the tango.. It will stay put. Not until you make the effort to pull the little perfect tubes off your pretty lashes with a little warm water will they come off. I find this one also curls the lashes well (something that i find a few other tubulars lack) and really lengthens them too.
When I was over in the USA recently, I bought myself the original tubular (by Blinc) for a healthy $35USD. I used it once, and havent used it since. I much prefer my Designer Brands version - And for the 3rd of the price, so does my wallet.
